Top 6, Zs 6-3
Mike Lamb emerges from the bench with another huge pinch hit, his second in two nights. This one was a two-out RBI single off of Cesar Ramos, fresh off a cup of coffee with the Pads earlier this year. A few hitters before, Mitchell had drilled an RBI triple to right. Finally the Zs are producing with men on base and getting decent pitching in the same game. Let's see if the pen holds. Buente is coming in to face the middle of Portland's order in the 6th.
